What Comfort Care Members Say
I signed up for Comfort Care last year after our furnace went out right before Thanksgiving. Since joining, they’ve come twice for tune-ups and caught a heat exchanger issue before it became a real problem. Worth every penny.

Seasonal Plan
The priority scheduling alone is worth it. During the cold snap last December, my neighbor waited five days for a tech. I called Green City as a Comfort Care member and had someone at my door the same afternoon.

FAQ
Common Questions About Our Credentials
What is the Green City Comfort Care Program?
The Comfort Care Program is Green City’s HVAC preventative maintenance and priority service plan. Members choose from four tiers — Essential ($12.50/mo), Seasonal ($25/mo), Cast Iron Boiler ($30/mo), or High Efficiency Boiler ($35/mo) — and receive annual tune-ups, 48-hour priority scheduling, 10% off all repairs, and free air filter replacements at every visit.
How much does Comfort Care cost?
Plans start at $12.50/month ($149.99/year) for the Essential plan with one precision visit per year. The most popular Seasonal plan is $25/month ($299.99/year) and includes both a spring cooling and fall heating visit. Boiler plans are $30–$35/month depending on boiler type. Add-ons available on any plan.
What does a Comfort Care tune-up include?
Every visit includes a precision multi-point inspection: up to 18 points for standard heating or cooling systems, and up to 38 points for high-efficiency condensing boilers. Visits cover safety controls, combustion analysis, refrigerant levels, airflow, thermostat calibration, and a complimentary standard air filter replacement. A written service report is provided after every visit.
How does priority scheduling work?
Comfort Care members are guaranteed service within 48 hours — and Green City will accommodate faster when needed. During Pacific Northwest cold snaps or summer heat waves, this priority access means significantly shorter wait times compared to non-member customers.
Can I add services beyond my base plan?
Yes. Add-ons are available on any plan and cover additional systems including a second forced-air system, ductless mini-split heads, tank or tankless water heaters, whole-home humidifiers, UV air purifiers, dryer vent cleaning, and more.
Is the Comfort Care plan transferable if I sell my home?
Yes. All Comfort Care plans are fully transferable to a new homeowner — a valuable selling point that provides documented maintenance history and immediate priority service coverage to new occupants.
All plans renew automatically with reminders before renewal. Cancel anytime. WA State Sales Tax applies.
Free filter limited to standard 1″ MERV 8 disposable. Specialty sizes quoted separately.
