As the company grew, their daughter Brittany and son Tylor became integral members of the family business, further strengthening Green City’s commitment to providing exceptional expert service. Brittany Simonson-Rush: Brittany, the daughter of Jeff and Katrina, quickly became an essential member of the Green City team, managing the HVAC office for several years. As the business expanded, it became clear that to deliver even greater outcomes, integrating electrical services in-house was crucial.

Brittany launched Green City Electrical, successfully building a team of skilled residential and commercial electricians. This new division ensures that Green City HVAC customers receive comprehensive, professional, and timely service. Their expertise includes electrical panel upgrades, 220V circuits and outlets for heat pumps, built-in surge protectors, and more.

Tylor Simonson: Tylor, Jeff and Katrina’s son, also joined the family business early on. With years of installation and service experience, Tylor plays a pivotal role in overseeing HVAC installations and collaborating with new construction partners. He specializes in designing custom HVAC systems and ducting, including furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and boilers for new residential properties. Tylor, alongside Jeff, is present in the office daily, providing ongoing support to both customers and the Green City staff.
